Thank you for your prayers and thoughts.
Kim always felt blessed in so many ways and wanted to give back to children who were less fortunate. To honor the deep heart Kim had for this cause, the foundation will support organizations which strive to reach our common goal. Organizations that Kim's Foundation supports include:

The foundation believes that every human being is created with the freedom to think for themselves and to dream big. We are partnering with organizations that help improve the life circumstances of disadvantaged and oppressed youth, with the hope that they too will have the chance to dream big and CONSIDER all that God has designed for their life.

Upon Kim's unexpected death on March 17, 2007, she left her family, friends, and peers a lasting and powerful message; a challenge to "Consider". Kim explained that the qualities which drew many to herself: love, compassion, mercy, and grace, were not gone forever. These qualities can be found inside each of us. Kim challenged us to engage those parts of our heart to think not only of ourselves in this lifetime, but to CONSIDER our purpose from an eternal perspective.
To remember Kim and her message we have put together an annual benefit concert. The event draws upon the powerful influence of music to help us engage our hearts and dare to ask the big questions. The concert challenges a generation of young adults to step up, step out, and begin to define themselves. Concert proceeds go directly to the Kim Evanger Raney Foundation.

On Thursday, June 12, 2008, at the Showbox theatre in downtown Seattle, over 800 people attended the first ever Consider concert. Thanks to the generous contributions of many, all costs associated with putting on the concert were underwritten and 100% of ticket sales went directly to the Kim Evanger Raney Foundation. In total, over $20,000 was raised for underprivileged youth.
